SuperHealing is an approach to taking care of ourselves, whereby we create a healthier environment that will allow our cells to unleash their innate capacity for high level functioning.  High level functioning, optimal cellular physiology, creates vibrant  health and radiant well-being.  Your body has the  innate capacity of the body to heal itself.  SuperHealing is your innate ability to engage and accelerate your body’s powerful natural healing capacities.  

That means involving your mind, your body, and your spirit to restore the balance necessary to open the floodgates of healing that are not under your conscious control. This approach may require that you draw upon a broad range of clinically proven techniques, tools, and processes that speak to your needs and personal preferences. The SuperHealing approach affirms and recognizes that your essential nature is derived from your spirit, the foundation of all health and well-being.

A SuperHealing approach emphasizes the importance and necessity of involving all of you, every aspect of your being,  mind, body, and spirit in the creation of optimal wellness, and the true causes of disease.   SuperHealing is the movement from wherever you begin—toward an increasingly positive state.

The beauty of the SuperHealing approach to wellness is that it really doesn’t matter what your current state of health is when you begin the program. Everyone can experience improved health, if they do the right thing to help the body heal. Depending on how far your health is from ideal, you can either dramatically improve it or subtly but meaningfully enhance it once you understand what actions you must take. Vibrant well-being is your birthright. The challenge is learning how to create it, because if you’re like most people in our society, you were never taught how to be healthy.

Our 7 day challenge is designed to help you make a few simple, and powerful changes that change dramatically improve your health and well-being.

What do you think about your health? Your beliefs and perceptions about your health are very important. I want you to spend today focusing on your health. Since you want to improve it—what’s going on to make you want to do that?

What do you believe to be true about your body? How do you really think and feel about it (tell the truth, it is very important to be honest!)

To begin our program, and lay the foundation, it is important for you to explore your health beliefs.  Most of us don’t think of them, and take them for granted, not realizing that our perceptions and beliefs help to shape our health.  Sometime today, I want you to set aside 30-60 minutes to answer all of the questions in the next section. I recommend you write them in a notebook or a few sheets of paper. It’s important for you to understand your perceptions and beliefs.  They play a significant role and have a tremendous impact on your health. And I want you to save your answers, so you can periodically review them, so you can detect any changes.
